TV Series: Two Sentence Horror Stories

10 episodes over two seasons, horror anthology TV series

The challenge for this show was to create a visual image system which could provide consistency across an anthology series where each episode had a different subgenre of horror, different settings and a different director.

The show creator told me each episode should "feel like a different nightmare from the same mind." With that direction and the input from the rest of the key creatives I created a visual tone bible for the show which defined the edges of the sandbox we had created. Warner Brothers was happy to sign off on the proposed look of the show, and we were able to use that document to onboard new creatives.

My work was recgonized with a Leo Award nomination for Best Cinematography in a series in 2023, and a For Your Consideration campaign.
